Your arrival window is the time slot you reserved when purchasing your ticket(s).
For example, a ticket reservation for 6 to 6:30 pm, means you can stop and check in at the Admissions Window any time between 6 pm and 6:30 pm.
Once you and your party are all checked in and any addiontal tickets needed are purchased your haunted night will begin!
We understand that life happens and if you are running late and miss your reserved time slot, we will do our best to accommodate you when you arrive.
