Every time you attempt to purchase tickets our system will attempt to charge your card.
If your card isn’t being declined for insufficient funds, it is most likely being declined because the billing address and/or zip code doesn’t perfectly match that which is on the card. Or you are using a debit card that is not accepted by our system.
In this case, the funds are being “reserved” on the account.
These funds will be returned to your account within 3-7 business days.
We will, however, do everything on our end to be sure that this is not an actual charge.
If this is happening you most likely do not have a ticket purchased.

Please make sure and include ALL of the required information.
This will assist us in locating and verifying if a ticket order was completed or not.
