If you purchased a ticket and can no longer use it, you may sell it to someone of your choice if you cannot attend.
There will be NO refunds for ticket(s) that you have purchased and can not use.
When checking in at the Admissions Window, if the ticket is in a different name than the person attending, that is fine, as you don't need an ID to redeem the ticket.
If purchasing an actual paper ticket from another person, please note that if there is a hole punched in the ticket, it is NOT valid and has been used.
The Dead End Hayride is not responsible for ANY outside sales between third parties.
If you did purchase your ticket online and do need to change the date/time of your ticket, please here to Switch Ticket Day/Time and follow the instructions to complete the self-service ticket exchange request.
Please Note that there are certain restrictions on changing the date/time of your ticket(s), which will be explained in detail when you are on the self-service ticket exchange link.

You can NOT change the date/time of your online ticket purchase ON THE DAY OF!!! It can only be completed prior to your purchased ticket date.
